Howard loand chdt the money at 7% or something like that andchdt loaned that money to the franchise unless Im reading the prs wrong...Then with Miami, they (chdt) got 50K down payment from minority investors of which Howard is one, again from pr...how much of the 50k came from Howard and how much of the remaining 250K will come from Howard?
