What is the short term debt and long term debt numbers now? Is it still 10 mil on short term and 19 mil on long term conv debt that is due March 2018?

Just because you are "in touch" with the bank doesn't mean they won't demand repayment.

Remember SVB ADDED a business plan covenant in June 2015 based on EBITDA targets. You think EK finally met a target in his life?

The company has negative working capital even with the Dec raise. That's trouble for a hardware company.
