If Sullivan dont plan on addressing the intervention, he will close the motion with a response or rule against it? But, no its kept open and the response means exactly what it means. Sullivan will rule on the intervention after the SA is finalized. Are you saying Sullivan will just leave the motion open indefinitely without a resolution? I dont know what sullivans plans are but will tell you this, I am 100% sure Cotton's motion to intervene will be ruled on one way or another. Sullivan can rule against the motion or dismiss it but didn't. Why? Because there is merits.
