It difficult to understand some posts and who to trust. Although I believe the info you posted was released at some point but here is the problem.

I don't see a link to your post. I don't see a date to your post. I see the O/S is 103m in that post???

It looks like something old.

It looks to have outdated info.

I researched the convertible notes and this company is in trouble unless they can explain to us how they plan to get a handle on the numerous convertible notes coming due from April to December this year.

I did see a filing that explained some restructuring which could be positive but there are numerous notes due this year. It is a concern.

HPTG did a presentation at SeeThruEquity 2 years ago. They were actually supposed to be at another one this past November but pulled out.

I'm curious if they attend the big one upcoming in May.

HPTG still has the HydroPhi Tech but HPTG is an entirely different company now and will have a new market valuation soon!
