IF they ever picked up $300-500 Million in upfront money I wouldn't mind seeing them simply declare a stock buyback program

Hypothetically having $300-$500million is a totally different proposition. And $500million is a large multiple of the companies entire market-cap. No one is waltzing and paying 5x+ the company's MC as an upfront payment for a PART of the company/distribution.

biopharm, I have been thinking that too.

Market went down, not by TRADING but due to a NASDAQ STOP and how quoting and then trading resumes. I CANNOT EMPHASIWE THAT ENOUGHF! So this allows to fill at very low prices (always said MARKETS GO DOWN before UP events, although here they had a little help from SUNRISE).

36+MIL shares and we are up from 0.35 to 0.42$ only thanks to the last day. That means MANY shares have been absorbed by some party or we would be at 0.10$ with that volume and no buyers (the MM's wouldn't have any choice then to pull their bids down).

So no someone either needs these shares in the context related to PPHM (would then be a BP or so) OR someone will want to SELL those shares at HIGH prices and that is not 0.50$ cent if you buy such a volume.

So yes, something is coming but what?
