Use ATM sourced funds to buyback the same stock? A much better solution is to separate Avid and get financing based on cash flow, order book etc.

Or maybe a different potential partner? Better than saying PPHM would buy back if they need to sell in future? Potential partner could not expect better price than current PPS. Perhaps a partner bought x million shares already in last couple days at the all time low?
