I do not understand this "we are down" statement.
Elite is holding at $0.30. Support was moderate as late as yesterday. Now that support has given way to $0.23 today.
The push down should happen soon..... but even with support gone at $0.30 Elite still holds.

Is Epic selling shares to pay for impending milestone payment?
I think they are. Not doing so all at once but over the course of days... maybe weeks.
