unless it's a concerted effort by a group, how is it possible for a short to manipulate the pps down?
they borrow their shares from a MM, then "hope" it drops so they can cover lower and profit.

if it was as easy as being steered by shorts, why would there ever be such a thing as a short squeeze?
shouldn't they be able to control that from happening as well?
