Thanks for the insight- I agree it was probably confusion on his part. This is the same company that regularly restricts my trading temporarily for non-existent good faith violations that I have to explain to several people at multiple levels that due to the first in first out with X amount of shares owned over so long means I have no chance of a violation with my small trades...
