True, but buying a pink sheet company with delinquent filings, large toxic debt, two lawsuits when included the one involving UMS, somewhat suspect management, potentially and likely serious issues that were hidden via or due to the Terry Johnson debacle, large debt, negative earnings, decreasing sales as of 2015, and increasing debt, is not something that a risk averse investor would think twice about. In other words, this is a very high risk "investment" Yes, the possibility of high returns exists, but the odds are not in their favor.....true, perhaps the odds are a bit better than with most OTC issuers, but there are many glaring and potential problems that, for the most part, are glossed over here in favor of giddy excitement.
