Discount is only 20% so discount is ok but amount too big imo.. he needs to scramble cash to pay it off imo.. we are going to see 10k and Q1 before they can start convert so we are going to see in what condition company is before predicting what's going to happen. Any talk right now doesn't make sense because we simply don't know.

You have been right joe but sometimes noteholders do not want to get bought out the make more money by killing the stock. Its up to CEO to communicate and let shareholders know what the deal is.
