Apparently you are. You see money is needed to hit milestones and there is this thing called DILUTION. Have you noticed that there is no trading volume, no investment interest from large corporations, no warrants getting exercised, significant dilution, a low stock price with a couple months worth of money in the bank. That's not "noise" it is a huge concern.
