The RS will happen regardless as that's what the company wants. And at that absurd number, they are trying to split for, we know they want to be well over .01. At the same time since the RS is so high they will almost have to start diluting to bring shares back in. Only way out of this is pushing the pps back up on it's own to about 1.00. Then they might reconsider.
