#255982 RE: peregr #255981

Thank you peregr and ebo. I have enough shares still in that if they get bought out - there is a chance I could come close to break even. I am wondering at the share price drop and the wall around.40 - is it possible that the company took the money out of the market for a set number of days to buy shareholders shares at book value? Is there some rule that a company must be able to buy their shares back at book value in cases of terrible news? I apologize in advance if this is a stupid question. I'm just trying to understand how the market cap dropped in the blink of an eye and the current share price wall.
