Question is, how strongly will she speak out against it now that she is embracing more of Obama's actions and Sanders is fading?
To show she's really serious about her change of heart for the TPP, she should be lobbying congress to vote against it. That she hasn't yet is confusing.
She made those comments from her knowledge of what the framework and goals of TPP were supposed to be because as you know she left in 2012. We didn't see anything until 2015. Unless you think she knew what was going to be in it (which she didn't) then how can you think it to be a failure.
