oh one last aspect

my *conservative* take on PTOI's abusive short is 30M ~

my best guess based on documentation in place since March 2010

is that it's *realistically* 3x that amount or about 90M ~

just a reminder of what PTOI's *float* actually is as of my last call to the TA

yep .. so being read correctly .. the *float* on PTOI is 87M ~ vs my best estimate of 90M ~ abusive short .. ;)

understand exactly why *overlapping and original CEs* have such a dilemma with both P2O's SURVIVAL
and ability to *EXECUTE*

or as i refer to it .. disrupting the status quo
