Wow seems all of the fraud by the company and it's management were purposely left off this bullshit list.

Some of my "favs" are:

CEO and Founder facilitated fraud by including millions in media credits that were not actual assets to sucker PIPE investors in and over inflate the share price to allow him and other cronies to dump shares.

How about that kids fund BS, seems to missing from there as well?
Of course how can one forget when the machines broke in December a couple years back and still are to this date, and yet were not properly disclosed to shareholders until 6 months after the fact. This wonderful fraud moment seems to be missing from the list as well.

A good one was when PIPE investors were dumping shares before they even their hands on the actual certificates and it was incorrectly stated as being Abusive Naked Shorting. When in actuality it was the exception provided under SEC Rule 203, but none the less touts were using it as some bullshit threshold event that people should be buying into. Nothing like encouraging others to buy worthless stock from those trying to escape the obvious SCAM.

Just love how the DELINQUENCY issue was just glossed over as if that FACT has no impact on share price... lol.. Yet another Regulatory Rule broken, such fraud is always looked over as just normal business... lol... Only on the stinky pinkies....

Personally I just love how the FACT that there is no business here and hasnt been for years along with continuous dilution of the share structure, lack of interest in an over inflated OTC security along with it's fraudulent activity is not the root cause for such "RESETS"....

it's just one reason why YTD volumes are visibly wash traded (2013/2014) and why 2015's annual volume
is on par with 2010's .. (22M/20M) .. with a $ amount difference of approximately $37M .. ;)

it's not rocket science .. but it is math .. and with P2O's execution .. it brings discovery which begets *exposure* .. :)
