RD: can you explain why you multiply by 36/48?

You can count the APM tanks under one roof from the arial view. There are 36 of them. It's the same as the 48 standard sized APM tanks the company is referring to.

We know they are bigger. I thought it was 20% or 25% but I don't remember exactly the sizes relative to the older tanks. That's why I used 36/48. Result is the same.

I thought there are 2 tanks per APM so shouldn't the 600,000 fingerlings per tank be multiplied by 96 since there are 48 APM per building right ?

"supplying the first two A Power Module ("APM") tanks with total of a 1,200,000 giant freshwater prawns"

Also why did you use the 100 fingerlings per kg (= 10g per fingerling) being stocked to calculate the final production number of say 18MT/APM? Isn't the final production or capacity based only on the final tonnage of fully grown prawns being sold which should be about 0.5 kg or so per Giant Sweetwater Prawn (my guess)?

They start with 600,000 (or 2M) per APM tank. After 2 to 4 weeks they sell the first batch. The remaining prawns will be grown bigger. Etc. You have a total of 4 stages and only a small number will be grown to big sizes of 20 to 40 per kg. The first batch could be 200 pieces per kg.

That's how they maximize efficient use of the tanks, and overall capacity. But it also means that the average size sold is much smaller than in the past.

So, I used 100/kg as an average. It could be 110 or 120, or perhaps 90. But one thing I know for sure, it won't be much less than 100.

In the old days they sold them sizes 60/kg.
