it sounds like they are making it hard to trade them. thats why i held off.

That's what I received too, so I provided all the info to eTrade and their response was:


After further review of this security it does appear to be trading on an OTC exchange. At this time E*TRADE is unable to accept any certificate deposits or account transfers with accounts containing these securities. This stock can be purchased and sold from within an E*TRADE account, however, we are unable to accept the shares as a deposit to the account. I do apologize for the inconvenience with that

I guess if anyone knows of a broker that will accept a stock transfer of an OTC stock, pm me and I'll see about opening an account just for ELIO.
