Incorrect. Those volume numbers are always covered.

It's a bad trap on the OTC to assume that shorty ruined any of these garbage stocks like LATF... although you will hear it daily in this OTC Pink cesspool.

They did not. Scammers, liars, hypers, unscrupulous insiders, bad management and insider enrichment schemes are to blame, not shorty.

Are you aware that margin requirements of $2.50 per share are required to short any stock below $2.50 pps? To short 100,000 shares of LATF you would need $250,000 in your account.
