You have to use some type of screen capture snipper tool you have. Save it as an image. Then on ihub go to settings, select my pictures. It says upload on the right click upload, then find the picture screen shot you saved on your phone select and upload. Now look on the right it shows your pictures there will be a url for the uploaded image. Copy the url and paste it here into a post.
