Simple.He made tons selling EVRM stock in August of 2009 with the help of those posting his garbage in the i-box.
He gave the illusion that EVRM was a legit company,while taking under-the-table monies from the bigs for the use of EVRM'S disabled status.

I asked the moment the lawsuit hit"what two employees of EVRM" will have the disabled status once Dick is gone?

I told everyone that once the suit is settled one way or the other EVRM is finished.Company no longer has status,therefore the bigs can't gain anymore contracts thru that designation.

So WHY take that job? Why buy into that company?

So Sym'sssss saw the writing on the wall and bailed,just as he bailed with shareholders money from two previous ventures.
