They've always had the ability to raise the A/S..well before this 8k. You are losing sight of what it's even about. Don't feed into the nonsense posters. Their agenda is clear.

Don't just blindly talk about dilution and reverse split with no basis. This 8k has nothing to do with either. I'm done explaining, look through my multiple posts about these series B shares. TJG put it simply, check his post. GeForce explains how the series B may be used as a % ownership tool for partners.

I think they already had enough to R/S if they had wanted to do so...so I would definitely not be concerned in that dept

I don't think so,i said that earlier,of course all they want to do is spin it to suit their cause. God forbid if you mention what COULD be the negative side and the real purpose of the 8k!
