I remember after first 1 for 1000 r/s how it was to create value for common. How that work out? Even more dilution and les value that lead to another 1 for 1000 r/s. Not one income statement or balance sheet ever filed showed results that created value. Billions of shares before each r/s and little results in sales and never a profit to show for it. People wake up 6 years of same scam and still letting insiders take people buying.
