I think that may be very well what Dick Heddle may be planning.

The question I would have is does he actually have the stomach to stand at the helm and to see this fraudulent scam through until the bitter end. I think not. If this winds up in the criminal courts as I expect it to, I think Heddle will will be the Feds star witness.
