So you think a ticker has to have huge volume days or weeks before a P&D to be a P&D? What I know is NNUP has hit the in boxes as a promotion this morning so if there was not enough volume or interest in NNUP to move the PPS what do you think the paid promotin is about? If NNUP could have been pushed to this mornings levels without a promotion it would have been before the promotion so they could have made even greater profits selling to those who don't know any better. IMO
