there is no doubt that the acquisition activity is picking up everywhere.

an article on cnn today talks about widespread Chinese frustration in latin america - mining projects moving too slow with too many barriers to tangible cash flow.

http://money.cnn.com/2016/02/16/news/economy/china-latin-america-projects-fail/index.html

there are also those lining up to acquiring existing operational mines, like the one referred to earlier re; anglo.

the one fundamental that we offer is a solid financial and technical project, with key players, management, and environment to support acceleration to production. its turn key for a great spin off.

I would say that yes, we are most definitely a target for acquisition at this specific time, whether it be Chinese, or another major mining player.

The one million dollar question is how much. I would bet that Mark will be looking for a nice return for himself, the local supporters, and for key investors like Lind et al, not to mention the rest of us who have been in for the long ride.

I am not worried about the creeping acquisition. Any investor acquiring a certain percentage has to declare. If they keep coming, I am very certain Mark is smart enough to have already had this conversation with a few key banks and could very likely avert this at less than fair value prices.
