Side by side on the 30 min chart, TTPH is now a buck below where it should be, in relation to IBB's close.

Up until late last week, TTPH traded in sync with IBB. Not sure what happened. All I can think is somehow these hedge funds are working it down to load up. Seems like the more they buy, the lower it goes.

Blackrock put out their last 13g when the pps was around 5.25 and Vanguard's was around 4.50, I think.
