EPGL has an application yet to be published that has received novelties on all clams. Anyone that knows anything about the patent process understands that the publications are first steps of the process not the endgame. Only those intimately involved know the odds, and the ones that actually know the odds believe the chances are high to seeing EPGL patents granted.
