I believe the only reason Sym'ssssssss merged with Dick(STS) was because Sym'ssss had zilch on his own.Dick was the revenue (if thats what you prefer to call it) bread winner with STS.

What this tells me is Weitzel didn't understand enough about the industry (or have the energy/drive left in him) to do this kind of spin up,
