Stephen, I believe when I read the memorandum

between Delphi and Domino it stated that
Delphi would become involved with the project
after the working/physical prototype
was completed. So, I'm thinking news about the
prototype being put together by Dom or completed
by Dr.Islam would be first. Then Delphi will
sign a binding contractual agreement. That's
why Dom needed the upfront 7.5 million. The idiots on the other board don't understand that
this money that is called "day to day operation
-al cash, basically is for the prototypes.


As field of dreams said: Build it and they will
come!
