Except that pesky majority shareholder is still out there. I believe "the family" owns those shares as they were the ones that transferred them to Metwood once upon a time. Since Metwood backed out they still own them. And now they are worth jack.
I wonder if that 3.2mil debt payoff was worth it. Obviously not.
Glad they lost everything. That's what happens to people like that.
