They are running the scam & pump out of Singapore I believe. I found out about it when I got a cold call from someone claiming to be from "Nomura Securities". The price was at around 1.25 back then and he claimed it was going to go over $10 quickly.
He made it sound pretty good. He tried to pressure me into wiring an initial investment immediately. Of course, I said a resounding, "NO! NOT UNTIL I DO SOME DD FIRST."
I was skeptical because even if they were legitimate, they would be going up against established players like Sotheby's and Christies.
A couple of minutes of checking and it's clear this is a complete sham. They are selling shares in an empty Caribbean shell and a story.
