Legitimate questions exist, I don't need innuendo to make my case for or against. Especially when that innuendo deals with things that take all of 5 minutes of DD to figure out.
Taking the shares from Weitzel and issuing them to Sym doesn't make the company a scam. I might not agree with the move on its face, but if Weitzel's shares were important for the SDVOSB status or some other compliance issue it would at least be somewhat justifiable. Unfortunately, the reasoning hasn't been explained, and I think that's wrong and unfair to us. That is a legitimate criticism and the fact it's been almost a year and they haven't explained it is ridiculous, but don't act like there isn't any information on the raw numbers involved with the lawsuit, that's been asked and answered, what's missing is "WHY" and that's what we need to figure out. If people are leaving, we should be questioning those people and figuring out what is going on.
I suggested contacting people through LinkedIn, I don't use it, but an established user should reach out and ask some of these questions. It doesn't hurt to ask.
