I think they stand a chance, only because they were the first to file BK and exit.... Others will follow and maybe they can capitalize on others mis-fortune..... PPS and market value is way under valued.... IMO This would be a good entry point, I think HERO has found its bottom. Oil prices may have found there bottom too...???
Biggest problem I see is putting rigs to work, there is no contracts. Hero has a very old fleet of rigs.
Oil is not going to turn anytime soon. Land operations will cover any short fall in the future, cheaper to drill land wells than offshore.. Just my opinion and I hope I'm wrong, has cost a lot of people the jobs, my oldest son works in the oilpatch with a offshore drilling company, worry about him losing his jobs.
