Why would a stock that will be at .10 or more in a few days be under .01 now?

I'm not selling any shares below .02. It doesn't make sense to sell so low. I will try to make a few bucks available to buy a few cheap shares too. This is ONE of the CHEAPEST Q STOCKS on the market and it has ONE OF THE BIGGEST PROMISING R/M to be on the chart.
