I was assuming it would be for the transportation vehicles, but actually on the person is really cool. Geofencing for trusted inmates. In California, inmates are used to fight fires, brush clearance, fire road clearance in the mountains, etc. Forest service projects, sides of freeway clean up. There would be no escape search as the runner would be pin pointed immediately. There could be many uses in this area.....
