I read this as good news. It appears to be a major cash infusion with no corresponding share issuance. It is also an indication that contracts are in the offing, because nobody puts $20M into a company without knowing exactly which customers need what amount of supplies and at what price. They aren't setting up a hotdog stand on the corner that seems like it might get good lunchtime traffic. This investment is the result of detailed DD.
Yesterday, I bought a small position and will double down if I'm lucky enough to see the 8c shares that some are predicting.
