Right... but what is the case when a company is in a quiet period? no one on this board has ever addressed that related to a buy back, or purchases made by UMS. do they have to report it right away is my only question... or could a buyback have occurred without it being filed?

1man, UMS and iTALK were merged and working as one on 9/24. The activity that is in question happened on 9/28 and 9/29. So to say it was either iTALK or UMS buying is incorrect as they were one company when the buys happened.

Also, to say it was dumping makes absolutely no sense.

Why would you dump 1.1bil shares at .0001 or .0002 when a merger is announced?

The biggest question is that over 1.5bil of the 1.8bil shares were held by a few companies that converted debt...not hundreds of shareholders. See the last 10Q for that information.

So over the course of 2 days, it could only be the converted shares which were traded that day.
