The Company has not complied with SEC disclosure rules
SEC actions on the OTC are few and far between to begin with, and this is hardly a make or break situation, or one SEC would have much if any interest in.
My agenda is simple:
1. Medical plus recreational > medical only.
2. Two stores > one store.
3. Distractions that cause fear = accumulation opportunities.
I suspect many others from all sides and points of view have been accumulating over the past week on the lows. That is why the PPS stopped dropping (IMO).
