Yes, 449M OS and 405 in float is what I thought it was. I think this residual noteholder should be about done. Those 20M-30M shares he received a few days ago should be about gone. I believe it is mostly his selling that has everyone spooked here and thwarting a big rally which will come but is just being delayed a bit. Patience should not be too hard here for buyers as this looks to be an excellent long-term play as well as short-term. I believe the price will increase dramatically once that tension is relieved. Great news today. We have a very good chance of being a profitable 20M annual revenue company in the very near future. I am also looking forward to GNPT"s share price returning to 52 week highs in the not-so-distant future. IMHO
