HUMMM... I will tell you that i am not a lawyer... and it is just my opinion... Anyone a lawyer on this board that would like to jump in, feel free.

It looks like a difference of opinion. 18.8k shares X 8 months = 150,400ish

As far as a mass dump, i think no one will want to sell, hence higher prices...

but i guess this topic will come up again to discuss May 5th...
