Not two RS per year... one RS started 10/20/14 effective 2/25/15... the second started 11/9/15 likely won't be effective until well after 2/25/16... such as on or around 4/19/16 if the length of time it took to process it after getting FINRA approval last time is any indication... the SEC 8-K filing of the amendment to the articles of incorporation likely won't be filed for up to another two weeks... we'll know the actual effective date when the trading symbol becomes TBEV.D... just like last time...
