I do not think that was the point. of course, all public companies uses th e protective cover of forward statements, but elite is rather unique in the promise of deadlines and achievements that dont seem to come about, THAT is THE POINT. PERIOD

I did not hear CEO invoke the forward looking statement but I may have missed it. However, the valuation company has nothing to do with forward looking statement. That was an outright creation of his imagination to be kind and an outright lie otherwise which I believe happened.
