You don't know that they haven't convinced anyone to buy the CT. If I remember correctly, the company said they had lots and lots of interest in the company, and Moody used the shotgun approach which didn't work, so now Wicks is concentrating only on the ones who are sincerely interested. And people apparently don't want to hear about it until the deal is completed, so that is what Wicks is doing.
