Ensenada in Mexico sewage was (don't know if still is) piped into the ocean. Ensedanda is a resort area, who wants to swim there and eat locally sourced seafood?
Remember when Taco Bell some years ago had green onion issues? They fixed it immediately. CMG was so steadfast in selling cool and hip to millenials, that they did not care about safety.
