For WAYYY over a year its been promoted-NEXT WEEK or SOON or NEXT TUESDAY or TOMMORROW or NEXT MONTH ......... all Shirley has done is diluted it down to the total bottom of .0001! its been hovering there for months now. No assets No plan, no legit business just negative cash flow. Shirley collected his 200 million shares while the shareholders watched the share price tank. Way to go con man Shirley. You should give your shares back!
