I guess what I was trying to get across is that those overnight buyers/sellers are very cautious, or very shrewd, or both.

For instance, tonight there was some selling on the day's upturn, i.e. those wanting the instant profits, but then when the selling began to subside, there was that nibbling at the hay bale. :-)
