the guy that got killed is on film numerous times saying he would prefer to die than be arrested. and when surrounded by the overwhelming force of a swat team with a dozen assault rifles pointed at you, a rational person would surrender when told to submit. This muckenhorn thought he could use his binkies to start a gun battle apparently, and he got his rhetorical wish.
we need the video, but it almost sounds like suicide by cop. they do not shoot white people outside the rules of engagement for cops. waco or ruby ridge, this ain't.
