The thing is the "giants" released the product and put it into the market years before they ever licensed it to MINE, so if it had so much potential, why did they put it on the back burner themselves, then give it to MINE and then when they got into a negotiation at a time when supposedly there was a huge account based on MINE's turn with it, they sold out for just a few hundred K and a 10% residual?

None of that makes sense, especially if the company reported having only $281 left and Avanzar loans in default, according to the 10Q. The O/S is at least 56 million now, without any updates provided since the last filing after conveniently the TA suddenly got tired providing the share structure exactly when the split happened and shares could be issued again. Vanis talked up uplisting as a reason for the split and more than 7 months ago brought up the game changer and said that production for it was the reason for a June note, but it seems that those bottles would be getting dusty by now and they aren't even in stores yet.

I should have read your message a little bit better before I responded.. This is another good post by you..

I agree that there is merit in what you say, and I honestly hope the best things come our way..

We have been fielding each other's theories and speculations for way too long now, and it is time for some of the news we've been waiting for..

I've gatherd from one of TT2's notorious DM's, that Vanis and Ezra had a falling out, and judging by the coldness of some of Darin's recent Twitter replies, I'd say that might line up.

I highly doubt that we've been told whole story about what has been going on the last two years..

JT made some great points about how unorganized Scott's business model has been, and how he's been all over the place..

Time will tell...
